3. 3No trash dumping or litter
4. 4No hazmat loads, nothing illegalReefers are welcome. No placarded hazmat.
5. 5Keep your gate code privateIt's yours alone and stops working 4 hours after check-out.
6. 6Cameras record 24/7 and read plates
7. 7Out by your check-out time30-minute grace, then $35 a day plus tax goes on your card. Trucks still unpaid 4 hours after check-out are towed at the owner's expense.
8. 8No restrooms on siteRelieving yourself outside is not allowed. Sleeping in your cab is fine.
9. 9Park at your own risk
